Frequently asked questions
Quick answers to common questions.
Do you offer remote support?
Yes. Most phone, computer and many network issues are solved remotely through a secure, time-limited session you approve, anywhere in Mexico.
Which areas do you serve on-site?
The city of Chihuahua, Ciudad Juárez, Cuauhtémoc, Delicias, Hidalgo del Parral and surrounding areas. Travel outside these cities is quoted separately.
Do you work with businesses or only homes?
Both. Home users can buy single sessions or a monthly plan; businesses can choose managed support or fixed-price projects.
Can you issue an official invoice (factura)?
Yes. We issue CFDI invoices. Send us your RFC, tax name, tax regime and postal code when you request the service.
Which brands of network equipment do you configure?
Cisco, Ubiquiti, MikroTik, Juniper, Fortinet, Aruba, TP-Link Omada, pfSense/OPNsense and more.
Can you install servers on-site?
Yes. We rack, cable, configure, harden and document servers, or deploy virtual machines on your existing hosts.
Can you protect my equipment from power outages?
Yes. We size and install UPS units (no-breaks), voltage regulators and surge protection, and configure servers to shut down safely.
Will I get documentation?
Always: IP/VLAN plans, credentials handover, diagrams and configuration backups for every infrastructure project.
How fast can you respond?
Support requests are normally answered within 30 minutes during business hours. An emergency line is available 24/7.
Is my data safe during remote sessions?
